1. Agreement

These Terms cover use of chromeesports.com and purchases from the Chrome Esports store. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

The site is intended for visitors aged 13 and over. If you are between 13 and 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using it.

3. Acceptable use

When using the site, please do not:

• Break any law that applies to you.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including using slurs or hate speech.
• Impersonate Chrome Esports or claim a connection that does not exist.
• Attempt to break into, scrape, or disrupt the site or our systems.
• Submit content through the contact form that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Chrome Esports name, logo, written content, photos, videos, and design are owned by Chrome Esports or licensed to us. You can view and share them as part of normal browsing, but you cannot copy, republish, or use them for your own purposes without our written permission.

All other brand names, logos, and content shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party services

This site uses or links to services including Discord, YouTube, Resend, Sanity, and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies cover your use of those services. Chrome Esports remains responsible for orders placed with our store.

6. Store purchases

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change for future orders. The final total, including any shipping charge, is shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments, and Chrome Esports does not store full card numbers. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.

An order may show as pending while payment is confirmed. We do not dispatch an order until payment succeeds. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order unless we agree on another lawful arrangement with you.

7. Returns and consumer rights

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind or a selected size that does not fit when the item matches your order. Our Refund Policy explains the process for faulty items, delivery problems, and return costs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer laws that apply to your purchase.

8. Website availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. This does not limit consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Chrome Esports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This section does not limit remedies or compensation available under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled in Australian courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and show the revised date on this page. Changes apply to future use and orders placed after the update. They do not change the terms of an existing accepted order unless you agree or the law requires it.
