For merchandise orders, Stripe collects payment and shipping information. We receive the order items, payment status, contact information, and shipping address needed to fulfill the order. We do not receive full card numbers. Resend delivers contact form messages and paid order notices to our team inbox.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect site usage and performance information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Like any web server, our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for short periods to operate the service and detect abuse.
3. How we use it
We use contact form submissions to reply to your message and order details to process and fulfill purchases. We do not sell or rent this information for marketing.

- Sanity hosts news articles and roster content, including member photos.
- YouTube serves the public video thumbnails on the home page via the public RSS feed.
- Stripe handles merchandise checkout and payment information.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides usage and performance analytics.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data once it leaves this site.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Order records are kept for fulfillment, support, and applicable recordkeeping needs.
